Reassembly:
The duck beak can be installed in either direction to produce flow from the top to the bottom of the pump or from the bottom to the top

Pump. In either case, all duck beaks must point in the same direction.

Flow from top to bottom:
1. After installing (15) fluid caps, reverse the pump.
2. Put the (21) plug-in into (42) duck beak and cover (41) on (42) duck beak.
3. Slide the complete check assembly into the fluid cover hole and (21) insert the end at the front. [duck beak (42) up.]
4. Place the (19) “O” ring on the (41) sleeve.
5. Connect the (35) Manifold leg / (36) rotating assembly to the fluid cover.
6. Turn the pump up to the right.
7. Follow step # 1 to assemble the duck beak inspection.
8. Slide the complete check assembly into the fluid cover hole and (41) the sleeve end first. [the duck’s mouth points down to the fluid cap cavity.]
9. Place the (19) “O” ring around the (21) plug-in.
10. Connect the (34) Manifold / (36) rotating assembly to the fluid cover.
