Asanboresh (Flexo) slotters are manufactured based on the dimensions of each unit and the order of our valued customers. Asanboresh slotters are designed and produced using the most modern methods and state-of-the-art machinery at the Asanboresh company. The materials used are Taiwanese steels.

The blade edges are designed and made in three forms:

1. Plain edge (No perforations)
2. Crescent edge
3. Seven-Eight edge

Asanboresh (Flexo) blades are categorized into three material types:

1. 100cr6
2. D2
3. 1/2601

The best material used for slotters is 1/2601. The only company in Iran that produces these blades (Flexo blades) with this material is the Asanboresh group.

Tooth shape, groove depth, tine form, tooth pitch, and blade surface finish are factors that have a significant impact on the cutting process. These factors have been optimized over the years through various experiments and have been ultimately implemented on Asanboresh slotters to achieve the best results.
